Work

Selected projects, 2023 – present.

A mix of shipped product work and exploratory research. Most of my Deutsche Bank work is under NDA — happy to walk through it on a call.

Leadership & community

Senior practice beyond shipped product

Alongside delivery, I invest in teaching, mentoring, public speaking, and competitive design work — the practice that compounds into senior-level impact.

Public speaking · Internal & community

Tech talks to live audiences

Regular speaker at internal and community events, sharing hard-won lessons from real projects:

  • Figma vs Production: closing the discrepancy gap
  • AI use cases in the bank
  • Designing intuitive interfaces for AI tools
  • Copilot for designers
  • "When it didn't work, until it did" — navigating project struggles

Mentor · 3 months

University of Applied Sciences, Berlin

Guided design students through portfolio development, UX/UI best practices, and job application strategy. 1:1 sessions, design critique, and industry insight to help them build confidence and prepare for real-world roles.

Instructor · Annual program

Pupils Workshops at Deutsche Bank

Each year, high-school students visit Deutsche Bank for a week-long UX/UI design course I designed and delivered — introducing them to product thinking, interface design, and how digital products get built inside a global bank.

Team lead · Winner

Charity Hackathon for Dementia

1st place

Led a cross-functional team to a 1st-place finish in a charity hackathon focused on dementia care — concept, design, and pitch shipped in 48 hours.

Beyond the work

dbPride & inclusion

Alongside my product work, I'm part of dbPride, the LGBTQ+ employee network at Deutsche Bank. As a transgender person, this experience has further shaped the way I think about identity, inclusion, communication, and the human impact of systems and technology.

I care deeply about designing products that are not only efficient and intelligent, but also thoughtful in the way they interact with people.
