Design System - Conversational AI

As multiple AI-powered products and experiments emerged across the organization, teams were designing conversational patterns, prompt interactions, and AI UI behaviors independently — creating inconsistencies, duplicated effort, and scalability challenges.

The lack of standardized AI components made it difficult to maintain coherent user experiences, accelerate delivery, and establish trust across products.

Contributed to the evolution of the Design System by designing and scaling reusable components, interaction patterns, and UX foundations tailored for conversational and agentic AI experiences.

Worked closely with Design System and cross-functional product teams to create scalable foundations for AI-powered workflows — improving consistency, accelerating implementation, and enabling teams to build AI experiences more efficiently across products.

The contribution spanned conversational UI patterns, prompt and response components, AI states and feedback mechanisms, interaction behaviors, design-to-code collaboration, and scalability and governance considerations.
